Contact Our Bandera, TX Plumbers
The fastest way to reach Bandera Plumbers is the phone. It is answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included, by a person who can send a licensed plumber to your property in Bandera County.
An emergency right now? Do this first, then call
- Water running? On city water, close the main valve at the meter or where the line enters the house. On a well, switch off the well pump breaker, then close the valve after the pressure tank.
- Water near wiring? Stay out of it. Do not reach for a breaker or valve while standing in water.
- Sewage coming up a drain? Stop using every toilet, sink, shower and the washer.
- Smell gas or propane? Leave the house and call 911 or your gas supplier from outside.

What to tell us when you call
Rural addresses are the hard part of plumbing in this county. A few details on the first call save the plumber time on the road and get the right parts in the truck.
- Where the property is: town, road, and the nearest landmark if there is no street number.
- The gate code, and whether there is a low-water crossing on the way in.
- Whether you are on city water and sewer, or a private well and a septic system.
- What you see and hear: water running, a drain backing up, no water at the taps, a pump clicking on and off.
- Whether you have shut off the water yet. If not, we will walk you through it.
We cover Bandera, Pipe Creek, Lakehills, Medina, Bandera Falls, Tarpley, Lake Medina Shores and the ranch roads between them. There is no walk-in office; plumbers come to you.

Questions about reaching us
Do you have a walk-in office in Bandera?
No. We are a phone line and a dispatch service, not a storefront, so there is no counter to visit. Plumbers come to your property. That is also why the phone is the fastest way to reach us: call (858) 363-8298 any hour and a person answers.
Can I get a price over the phone?
Not a firm one. The same symptom can be a five-minute fix or a half-day job depending on what failed and how hard it is to reach. The plumber looks at the problem and gives you the price before any work starts, and you decide whether to go ahead. On the phone we can tell you what the visit will involve.
What happens after I send the request form?
We call you back at the number you gave to confirm the address, the access and the problem, then schedule the visit. The form is for jobs that can wait, like a dripping faucet or a water heater quote. If water is running or sewage is backing up, do not wait for a callback: call (858) 363-8298 now.
My leak is at the water meter. Do I call you or the water company?
If you are on City of Bandera water, Medina Water Supply Corporation or Bandera County FWSD No. 1, the meter and the line on the street side belong to them, so call the utility. Anything on the house side of the meter is a plumbing job, and so is everything on a private well system. If you are not sure which side the leak is on, call us and we will help you work it out.
