Terms of Service

Last updated October 3, 2026

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of plumbingbandera.info and to service requests made through it or through (858) 363-8298. By using the site or asking us to send a plumber, you agree to them.

Who performs the work

Bandera Plumbers connects you with independent licensed plumbers who perform the work. Every plumber we send is licensed and insured in Texas. Bandera Plumbers is not itself a plumbing contractor and does not hold a plumbing license. The plumber who comes to your property is responsible for the work they perform, their pricing, their permits where required, and any workmanship warranty they offer, which they will explain to you.

Some work needs a different specialist. Pulling or replacing a well pump is done by a pump installer licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and pumping or repairing a septic tank, drain field or aerobic unit is done by a septic provider licensed by TCEQ. If your job needs one of them, we will tell you, and any referral is to an independent business.

Estimates and prices

Information on this website, including descriptions of what affects cost, is general and is not a quote. The plumber gives you a price after looking at the problem and before the repair starts. Work begins only after you approve it. If the plumber finds something during the job that changes the scope, they should stop and get your approval for the new price before continuing.

Trip, diagnostic or after-hours charges, if any, are explained before the plumber is dispatched or before they apply.

Scheduling and arrival

Calls are answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not guarantee an arrival time. Distance, road and weather conditions, closed low-water crossings, property access and the number of emergency calls can all affect when a plumber arrives. We will give you the best estimate we can and keep you informed.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information about the property, its location and access, and the problem, and make sure the plumber can safely reach the work area. In an emergency, follow safety guidance: shut off water if you can do so safely, stay away from water near electrical equipment, and leave the property and call 911 or your gas supplier if you smell gas.

Website content

The guides and pages on this site are general information to help you understand plumbing problems. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and they do not replace an inspection by a licensed plumber or other qualified professional. Do not attempt work that requires a license or that you cannot do safely.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bandera Plumbers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delays in arrival. Claims about the quality of plumbing work are handled with the plumber who performed it; we will help you reach them.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
